Responsibilities

– Customer obsessed – listening and understanding customers
– Take ownership of Zhik’s centralised communication to and from the global trade (B2B) network
– Oversee a global sales and customer service team with regular communication
– Supporting the external sales team (BDM) with adhoc requests
– Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
– Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
– Report on the status of accounts and identify trends within your customers (eg trends in product sales, trends in stock levels, trends in pricing feedback)
– Monitor sales metrics (e.g. monthly sales results and annual forecasts)
– Review and evaluate sales and customer service processes, including warranty and return processes
– Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements

– Minimum 3 years of professional experience in customer relationship management
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft excel with experiencing using ERP systems
– Data analysis and commercial reporting skills (preferably using PowerBI)
– Sailing experience, or knowledge of the sailing and yachting market will be preferred
– Some flexibility to work outside normal office hours
