Your new role includes:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Assist customers with friendly trade counter and phone sales enquiries;
Provide product information and support to customers (face to face, phone and email);
Processing of sales orders, invoices, quotations, purchase orders and stock transfers;
Assist with merchandising of the trade centre showroom;
Ensure customers receive a high standard of service within the branch; and
General administration duties.
Receive ongoing training to become knowledgeable about our range of products

Successful candidates will demonstrate:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, a customer service focus, and enjoy working in a friendly team environment. In addition, and key for success in this role, the successful candidate will have:
A positive, self-motivated attitude
Marine equipment knowledge (very advantageous but not essential as training provided);
Attention to detail and good organisational skills;
Intermediate level of computer skills; and
Possess strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
