The Boating Industry Association of Victoria has a pivotal role to play in ensuring career and employment pathways are established within schools, TAFE, Learn Locals and Higher Education Career Centres. This Careers Guide provides an outline of education programs critical in mapping out course and career planning for young adults along with guidelines on how to achieve career outcomes. This guide is mapped to the Victorian Careers Curriculum Framework, the National Curriculum for Work Studies and Continuing Professional Development Competencies. We recommend the use of this guide to broaden the understanding of opportunities within the Boating and Marine Industry and provide young adults with the knowledge to make informed choices for their future career.
