Zhik’s New waterproof Gilet and Shorts for warm weather boating

Zhik’s new versatile INS100™ Gilet is designed for life on and off the water and is an essential for warmer weather conditions. Combining the waterproof outer made from a, lighter weight, breathable Vecta® Fabric Technology with fully taped seams it is lined with a medium loft fleece lining for a little extra warmth.

Designed with athletic street style cut it provides excellent protection in moderate conditions when a full jacket is not necessary. Water-resistant zips and a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating will repel any spray. External side and chest pockets allow for secure storage and keep the slimline look by using fused seams to reduce bulk. A smart internal ‘ghost zip’ in the lining makes adding additional boat branding very easy.

Available in Black, Navy and Platinum, Sizes XS – XXXL
RRP: AUS $169.95, NZ $199.95

The new INS200™ Waterproof Shorts complement the Gilet and are perfectly suited for high activity cruising, with a streamlined, comfortable design shaped to move with the body. Immensely practical, they are ideal for those days where there is water on deck yet donning full salopettes feels like a layer too many. As well as cruising or racing, these shorts are particularly useful for driving RIBS and safety boats on a warm day in breeze and waves.

Made from 3-Layer Vecta® Fabric Technology these fully waterproof, breathable shorts have fully taped seams which are reinforced at critical junctions. Handy 3D articulated cargo pockets on each leg have water-resistant zips and a DWR fabric coating instantly sheds water droplets away.

Complete with a shaped higher waistband for increased comfort and lower back protection when seated, the 450D Oxford nylon rear panels provide additional reinforcement from wear. For ultimate comfort on long days afloat the leg openings are finished with a fused hem creating a smooth, non-chafing finish.
