This new campaign not only celebrates the calibre of its team, its extensive experience, knowledge, and passion, but uncovers the range of personalities behind the brand.

The series, which can be discovered in full on the new Raymarine website, features amongst several others:

Will Sayer

Will Sayer, Director of Product Management: It is safe to say Will is incredibly passionate about sailing. From early encounters sailing on the north Norfolk coast in summer holidays through to winning the singlehanded OSTAR race and double handed class in the Fastnet. His experience and love extends to multiple water sports including dinghies, racing and cruising yachts, kitesurfing, wing surfing, RIBs, paddle boarding, and kayaking.

Marie-Claire

Kaelig Le Corre, OEM Sales Manager, France: Kaelig was born on the coast of Brittany, so grew up by the water. He started out in Optimist dinghies like many sailors but since then has gone on to be bowman and part of the winning crew for every major regatta in the French Mediterranean; the Giraglia Rolex Cup, SNIM regatta, Voile de Saint Tropez.

Marie-Claire Sothcott, Global Product Manager: Marie-Claire approached sailing as a recreational activity, having been a powerboater for several years. She initially joined her friends as a crew member on an 81ft yacht, before participating in university nationals, racing at Cowes Week and then becoming a part of the Victory Class in Portsmouth. She now competes regularly in the class.

Hans-Christian Grande

Hans Christian Grande, Account Manager, Norway: Hans Christian was introduced to sailing as a child with his first boat, a wooden optimist dinghy. He fell in love with the sport and later competed in Match racing and the Melges 24 fleet before moving on to bigger classes and IRC racing including the Farr40 fleet, both at national and international level. Hans-Christian now enjoys spending time afloat on his Grand Soleil 39 “Forza”.

Andy King, VP Sales EMEA and APAC: Andy is an avid cruising sailor spending his weekends afloat on the south coast and across the English Channel in France and the Channel Islands. His love of the hobby derives as much from the camaraderie he experiences with a sailing lifestyle to the opportunity to really understand how Raymarine products can meet the needs of today’s boaters.
