SEA RAES in collaboration with CHAPMAN and RAES ON WATEGOS will be a key attraction at this year’s Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, 22 to 25 May on Queensland’s Gold Coast.
With 400 boats on water, exhibitors throughout the Marine Village and Pavilions, SCIBS, as this iconic show is known, has attracted boating enthusiasts and people who love the on-water lifestyle for 36 years.
And this year promises to be bigger, better, and brighter with the presence of one of Australia’s most stylish charter yachts: SEA RAES exhibiting at SCIBS 2025.
The CHAPMAN team will welcome visitors aboard this exceptional custom-built charter yacht.
SEA RAES is a brilliant 101-foot (29-metre) motor yacht that embodies classic lines, timeless design and a sturdy steel hull, with all the contemporary features discerning charter guests could desire.
Part of the RAES ON WATEGOS hospitality empire, SEA RAES is a floating villa that captures the idyllic ambience and sensory experience of a sojourn in the Mediterranean. On board, the interiors were reimagined by renowned designer Tamsin Johnson using chic and inviting wicker furniture, monochrome cushions and linen, lustrous timber panelling and large picture windows so you don’t miss a moment.
For charter guests to enjoy their Whitsundays escape, SEA RAES boasts spacious decks, multiple social spaces, luxurious accommodation, an array of watertoys on board, laid-back beach house vibe and an experienced crew to cater to your every need.
True to the ethos and aesthetic of RAES ON WATEGOS, SEA RAES places emphasis on genuine hospitality, a sense of adventure and delectable cuisine.
After carrying out the extensive refit to bring SEA RAES to the pinnacle of guest comfort, CHAPMAN is proud to present SEA RAES and its all-inclusive charter packages, available throughout July-October, designed to showcase the region’s crystal-clear waters, secluded beaches, and breathtaking landscapes.
With itineraries tailored to highlight Whitehaven Beach, Hill Inlet Lookout, and the Great Barrier Reef, guests are offered the chance to explore the Whitsundays with the signature hospitality and style of RAES ON WATEGOS at sea.
The all-inclusive charters deliver a bespoke experience that blends relaxation, adventure and world-class dining. Now open for bookings, the packages are available for 1, 3, and 5-night charters, with additional options for day charters and longer stays.
They include breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus curated by RAES Executive Chef Jason Saxby, with the option to dine on-board or beachside, complemented by premium beverages.
Guests also enjoy return transfers, personalised concierge service, guided hikes through Hamilton Island, South Molle Island, and Whitsunday Peak, as well as access to watersport activities including jet skiing, snorkelling, and stand-up paddleboarding.
Then in October, SEA RAES will return to Sydney in time for the spring/summer season. There’s bound to be high demand, so get in early to reserve this exquisite vessel for private and corporate events, celebrations and New Year’s Eve.

Thursday 22 and Friday 23 May during the boat show, CHAPMAN will open the doors of the incredible Queensland headquarters at The Boat Works, the world-class refit and maintenance facility on the Coomera River, purpose-built to deliver 5-star service to all kinds of craft, from PWC to superyachts.
Just 10 minutes’ drive (or 15 minutes by boat!) from Sanctuary Cove, it’s well worth the visit.
The Boat Works comprises 70 refit sheds (and more under construction), expansive hardstand, six marine travel lifts up to 300 tonnes, huge Marine Supplies & Chandlery, Garage 25 car museum, cafés and waterfront restaurant, Kokomo – all within two impeccably landscaped and beautifully maintained yards spanning 55 acres.
There are 90 marine professionals on-site, including some of Australia’s most respected shipwrights, designers, glazing experts, fabricators, upholsterers, mechanics, surveyors and boat dealers.
The new undercover, in-water berths, The Watersheds, are a game-changer for refits and repairs, allowing craftspeople, trades and suppliers to undertake projects in all weather.
And of course, the CHAPMAN team operates from boutique premises in The Wharf.
You can be shown around and given an insider’s view of the impressive facility. The Boat Works is more than a boat yard, it’s a luxury resort for boats that delivers an equally memorable experience for owners and crew.
