Whittley Set to Feature Alloy Series and Honda Repower Division at Sydney Boat Show

Whittley Marine Group is making a return to the 2025 Sydney Boat Show with the debut of a new aluminium boat range, the national launch of a Honda Repower Division, and the Australian release of Honda’s latest BF150 and V6 250hp outboard engines.

Taking place at Sydney Showground from 14–17 August, the event will mark the first public showing of Whittley’s new six-model AL Series, designed and manufactured in Australia. The range spans bowriders, side and centre consoles, tiller-steer open boats, and runabouts—targeting a new generation of buyers seeking compact, versatile trailer boats.

Whittley Boating Centre’s Zak Sinclair says the introduction of the AL Series and Honda engine packages is a natural extension of the brand’s growing national footprint.

“The response to the AL range has exceeded expectations, and showcasing them in Sydney will add even more momentum,” Sinclair said. “These boats offer an affordable alloy alternative to our traditional fibreglass range and help introduce more customers to the Whittley experience.”

Coinciding with the launch, Whittley will also unveil its new Honda Repower Division, providing engine replacement services and support through its five nationwide dealerships. It’s part of a broader push to position Whittley as Australia’s leading one-stop shop for trailer boats, accessories, and servicing.

Visitors to stand #C412 will also be among the first in the country to see Honda’s new-generation BF150 and V6 250hp engines, featuring technologies such as BLAST, VTEC, and ECOMO, and backed by a seven-year warranty.

In addition to the new alloy models, Whittley will display its flagship fibreglass cruisers and sportfishing hybrids—NSW’s top-selling fibreglass trailer boats—offering exclusive boat show deals on both display models and new builds.
