Emergency Preparedness Course
supported by NM Insurance

30 October | 2:00 PM (AEDT), online

This course is essential for all marina and boatyard employees. It uses real industry case studies and videos to help staff prepare for emergencies.

The course is delivered in two parts:

  • Part A: Self-paced online module (1–2 hours) covering emergency case studies, legal requirements, hazard identification, and emergency plan development. This must be completed before attending the live session.
  • Part B: Live 2-hour virtual session with an experienced industry professional. This interactive session explores emergency scenarios and encourages group discussions to build practical skills.

You’ll learn about emergency risk assessments, developing and implementing response plans, and best practices for managing emergencies safely.

Upon completion, participants receive a certificate and gain valuable knowledge to enhance safety and emergency readiness at their marina.
