AB 95: power, design and comfort, the new jewel by AB Yachts

AB Yachts, a brand of Next Yacht Group and for over thirty years a symbol of power, adrenaline and innovation on the water, raises the bar once again and unveils the new AB 95: 6,000 horsepower of pure power, 50 knots of top speed, and an almost total absence of vibrations.

This is the ultimate expression of AB Yachts’ philosophy: high performance, extreme engineering and a design that makes its presence felt without compromise. Developed in collaboration with the architectural studio Archea Associati, the AB 95 made its world debut at the 2025 Cannes Yachting Festival.

Measuring 28.45 metres in length with a 6.80-metre beam and three decks, the yacht features four cabins for the owner and guests, accommodating up to 10 berths, plus two additional crew cabins for four crew members. Every detail reflects over three decades of shipyard expertise: fine, cutting-edge materials, advanced technical solutions and a high-performance propulsion system.

“With the AB 95, we wanted to evolve the legacy of our AB 110 project, continuing a journey that unites tradition and innovation. The result is the fusion of AB Yachts’ thirty-year expertise in yachting with our studio’s (Archea Associati) know-how in architectural and design projects, giving life to a yacht that incorporates the most advanced engineering solutions, with top-quality materials and finishes. A timelessly elegant yacht, perfectly balanced between design and functionality, performance and comfort. The new AB 95 is designed for those who demand high sporting performance on the open sea without compromising on the premium quality of interior and exterior spaces that seamlessly flow into one another. We are proud of this project, which represents a perfect synthesis of the past, present and future of our nautical vision.” said Marco Casamonti, Creative Director of Archea Associati.

EXTERIORS

The AB 95’s exterior lines bear the signature of Archea Associati, one of the most visionary studios on the international scene, which worked closely with the shipyard to reinterpret AB Yachts’ sporty heritage. The result is a bold, dynamic profile, defined by a reverse-angled bridge windshield that creates a larger flybridge, transforming it into a true belvedere suspended above the sea.

Symmetry becomes both a stylistic and functional feature: the twin staircases aft leading up to the flybridge and those leading down to the lower deck provide aesthetic balance and fluid circulation. The overall atmosphere is that of a sophisticated yet sporty retreat, where elegance and performance coexist in perfect harmony.

INTERIORS

The interiors are designed to celebrate light and constant contact with the sea. Premium materials such as teak parquet flooring and Italian leathers are paired with high-tech elements like integrated LED strips and light-toned ceilings that enhance brightness.

The style is minimal yet warm, with an aesthetic that blends rigor with refinement. Each space is an invitation to relax while never losing sight of the yacht’s sporting spirit: the sea permeates every environment through large windows and design choices that amplify the visual connection with the horizon.

MAIN DECK

The main deck introduces an innovative feature: a black-lacquered galley integrated into the salon, which also serves as a cocktail bar, creating a more convivial onboard experience. This solution frees up space on the lower deck, allowing for an additional guest cabin. Here, aesthetics and functionality come together: teak surfaces flowing seamlessly between indoor and outdoor areas, soft-shaped furnishings, and sinuous teak staircases that define fluid pathways.

The main deck also includes a day head to maximise liveability, and a fully equipped aft beach area with direct access to the sea and a garage capable of housing a tender up to 4.5 metres and a jet ski.

LOWER DECK

The lower deck is devoted to maximum livability. It features four guest cabins – two full-beam and two twins with sliding, foldaway beds – plus two crew cabins. The twin teak staircases reinforce both the project’s aesthetic identity and its functionality. Bathrooms feature ribbed wooden cabinetry, creating sophisticated three-dimensional effects and timeless elegance, underscoring the pursuit of handcrafted details that make each space unique.

SUNDECK

The AB 95 flybridge is one of the yacht’s most iconic areas: a spacious, welcoming sundeck defined by the reverse-glass windshield that shapes the yacht’s external profile and becomes a distinctive architectural element.

Here, relaxation and conviviality converge: an expansive open-air terrace suspended above the water, accessed from the aft cockpit via two external carbon staircases. A space conceived to experience the sea to the fullest, with eyes always on the horizon.

PERFORMANCE

The new AB 95 confirms the sporting soul that has distinguished AB Yachts for more than three decades. Powered by three MAN V12 engines of 2,000 hp each and MJP waterjets (two steerable + one central booster), it reaches a maximum speed of 50 knots, while maintaining quiet operation, complete absence of vibration, and exceptional seakeeping – also thanks to the Seakeeper 26 stabilisation system.

A concentrated powerhouse of 6,000 horsepower translates into pure adrenaline, always with the assurance of safety, comfort and smooth navigation. The AB 95 is not just a fast yacht: it is the embodiment of a construction philosophy that elevates sporty yachting to a new level of excellence.
