Marina Focus has successfully deployed a new integration to the MiMembership club management system.
In early 2025 long-term Marina Focus client East Fremantle Yacht Club (EFYC) decided to investigate alternative club management software options. With marina operations well established on the reliable Marina Focus platform, the Club sought to simplify membership management, and leverage Xero for financials while retaining existing POS systems.
Perth-based MiClub was identified as the club-software partner for EFYC and works soon commenced between the home-grown technical teams to design a smooth handshake between waterfront, membership, and finance – the holy trinity of the yacht club space.
With go-live set for December 1 2025 the heat was on to deliver. EFYC Manager Peter Halliday said “we were keen to have this project squared away before Christmas so we could focus on core business over the busy summer season.
I’m happy to report that that everything went to plan and we didn’t skip a beat. Marina operations continued without a hitch, and the MiMembership system linked-up seamlessly.
