BLA has announced the appointment of Glen Eadie as Sales Director, expanding his leadership responsibilities across Australia, New Zealand and export markets throughout Asia.

With a marine industry career spanning more than 30 years, Eadie brings a depth of experience that reflects both hands-on technical knowledge and proven commercial leadership. He began his career as an apprentice marine mechanic before progressing to owning and operating a successful marine business. He later moved into senior sales roles, including responsibility for Mercury Racing sales across Australia and New Zealand.
Over the past two years, Eadie has played a pivotal role in leading, motivating and developing the BLA sales team in Australia. During that time, he has helped deliver strong commercial outcomes while fostering a high-performance culture across the business.
His appointment comes as BLA continues to strengthen its regional sales structure and align its approach across key markets.
In the role of Sales Director, Eadie will oversee sales leadership across Australia and New Zealand, while also supporting export growth throughout Asia.
BLA General Manager Chris Soeters said the promotion reflected both Eadie’s contribution to the business and the company’s focus on future growth.
