Cantiere Mimi’s flagship model

Boatology founder Zain Moloobhoy and shipwright Roger Marchant completed sea trials of the brand new Libeccio 13.5 Cabin in Naples, Italy last week. The vessel will be the first of its kind in Australia and will debut at Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show in May. Call 13 BOAT and you could be the first in Australia to arrange a viewing.

Acclaimed Italian naval architect, Valerio Rivellini says he dreams of relocating to Sydney, Australia. “It’s an incredible city…with boats everywhere. It’s perfect for a naval architect and for inspiration.” Asked what the future holds Rivellini said “I hope to work here (Sydney), spend my time here and see boats with my lines, my ideas on board and people enjoying the boats. That’s my dream.”

Cantiere Mimi launches a restyled Libeccio 8.5 Open and a unique commitment to the environment, presenting components manufactured from natural fabrics and bio-derived resins that dramatically reduce the carbon footprint of traditional resin-heavy construction.
