The new PIRELLI 44 Maxi-Rib makes its debut at Cannes Yachting Festival 2026

The PIRELLI SPEEDBOATS range has been extended with the PIRELLI 44, featuring a sporty design, a double-step hull, and solutions designed for on-board comfort

Following the launch of the PIRELLI 47 in 2025, Sacs Marine, licensee of the PIRELLI brand for inflatable boats and manufacturer of the PIRELLI SPEEDBOATS line, has extended its range with a new model: the PIRELLI 44, unveiled to the public for the first time at the 2026 Cannes Yachting Festival.

A modern design that meets all boat owner’s needs in a 13.5-metre open boat without compromise. Thanks to its high performance, precise lines, and distinctive personality, the PIRELLI 44 has been conceived for those seeking performance, control, and a unique character.

A key element of the PIRELLI 44 is its sporty double-step hull designed by the Mannerfelt Design Team, renowned for creating championship-winning hulls in the most prestigious powerboat racing championships. A solution that stands out for its excellent seaworthiness, high speed performance, and high safety standards.

The design is in continuity with the flagship PIRELLI 47, reinterpreting its distinctive elements with proportions optimised for the new model. The decisive lines and sculpted forms evoke speed and dynamism, while maintaining a clean and pure stylistic language that reinterprets the concept of sportiness with a contemporary vision. From the hardtop, which blends seamlessly with the deckhouse to create a harmonious, clean, and balanced profile, all the way to the bow area, where the spacious sun bed and the stern-facing sofa create an open and inviting area, designed to ensure maximum comfort and facilitate life on board.

At the stern is a face-to-face dinette that converts into a bed and extends all the way to the sun bed, creating a versatile and convivial space. All complemented by shading systems designed to further enhance comfort on board. Characterising the model is also the large glass wind-shield with wind-shield wiper, a distinctive solution for a boat of this size, designed to ensure maximum comfort in the helm even during the most demanding voyages and in challenging weather conditions.

The interiors are designed to provide maximum functionality without compromise. The layout includes a hospitable living area that can be converted into a sleeping area and a separate bathroom, ensuring comfort and convenience during the stay on board.

The references to the Pirelli world are evident in every detail. On the tube strip there is a reproduction of the tread pattern of the Cinturato Blue Full Wet, a wet tyre used in the top car racing competition in which Pirelli is present as the sole supplier. An element highlighting the know-how developed by the company in motorsports and in designing tyres for extreme wet conditions. The seat cushions also reflect this identity, bearing the Pirelli logo.

The Cannes Yachting Festival will feature the version with 3 Mercury Verado V10 425 hp outboard engines for a total power output of 1,275 hp. The model will also be available in a twin-engine configuration with the same powertrain and in a high-performance variant with 2 600 hp Mercury Verado V12 engines, designed for those who want an even sportier driving experience.
