Industry Innovation Award
Winner – Bellingham Marine Unifloat pontoon system
Last year, Bellingham Marine has transformed its renowned Unifloat pontoon system, setting a new industry standard. The ‘new’ Unifloat system is now a six-sided concrete pontoon, fully encasing EPS foam and integrating composite reinforcement, stainless steel, and aluminium components. After further investment exceeding $500,000 in design, engineering, product development, laboratory and field testing, the new non-ferrous components have minimized maintenance and extend design life to new industry heights.

Finalist – Marine Structures with their Aluminium Horn Bollard
Marine Structures is Australia’s market leader in marine infrastructure and berthing systems for commercial and residential use. The powerhouse entity was formed in 2024 through the merger of The Jetty Specialist and Superior Jetties.
In 2024 Marine Structures R&D team launched the 600mm Aluminium Horn Bollard. This product represents a cutting-edge innovation with a working load limit (WLL) exceeding 10 tons, it is capable of securely handling 50m vessels with displacements of over 500 tons.

Finalist – Searial Cleaners
Searial Cleaners is a pioneering company dedicated to developing and commercialising robotic solutions for marina and coastal environmental management.
