Australian Sailing has announced a new partnership with Mercury Marine, who have joined as the organisation’s Official Outboard Motor Partner. The partnership will benefit the whole of sport, from grassroots clubs up to our high-performance program.
The partnership will extend benefits to Australian Sailing’s network of Affiliated Clubs, Classes and Discover Sailing Centres. Through Mercury Marine, clubs will have access to exclusive discounts through participating dealers on outboard motor purchases, helping to strengthen on-water operations and safety at a grassroots level.
In addition to supporting clubs across the country, the partnership will see Mercury Marine power Australian Sailing Team coach boats, ensuring athletes and coaches have access to reliable, high-performance on-water support as they prepare for international competition.
The partnership reflects the shared passions of Australian Sailing and Mercury Marine, with both organisations committed to performance, innovation, and supporting participation at all levels of the sport. By combining Mercury Marine’s industry-leading marine technology with Australian Sailing’s national network and hugely successful Olympic sailing program, the collaboration aims to deliver long-term value across the entire sailing ecosystem.
