Marine Australia Solutions secures the first of the premium Marine Showrooms.
A new chapter in Australia’s leading marine maintenance and refit facility is underway, with the start of construction yet again on Pier 25 – the next purpose-built landmark within The Boat Works which will become headquarters to the industry’s most ambitious operators.

Positioned at the entrance of The Boat Works’ northern superyacht yard, Pier 25 is an architect-designed, multi-storey development that will deliver a premium mix of marine showrooms, professional office suites, and crew accommodation.
More than just another structure in the busy marine precinct, Pier 25 represents a strategic opportunity for companies to establish their brand and business in the Southern Hemisphere’s most dynamic marine hub.

With completion anticipated for the end of 2026, Marine Solutions Australia (MSA) will expand their operations by establishing its headquarters and showroom within the new Pier 25. What attracted Director, Stewart Humphries to the new development was its prominent street frontage and the high energy ambience at The Boat Works.
“95 percent of our work is at The Boat Works,” Stewart commented. “It makes sense to have our showroom there, in the heart of the action. We are super-excited to be moving into Pier 25 and The Boat Works, which shares the same ethos and dedication to world-class service as MSA.”

With seven engineers on the team, and hiring, MSA provides comprehensive marine engineering, technical services, and equipment installation for superyachts, commercial vessels, and leisure craft. Key services include mechanical/hydraulic/electrical engineering, 24/7 emergency repairs and refits.
MSA are the authorised dealers and service support for Sleipner/Side Power, Northern Lights generators and Zipwake and were recently appointed official dealers for the Spot Zero watermaker and purifier systems, which they will be showcasing at this year’s Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show.
With increasing demand, particularly in the lead up to the 20432 Olympic Games which will drive vessel visitation, MSA plans to expand operations to Sydney, Cairns and Airlie Beach.
At The Boat Works, MSA will present the brands it represents in the state-of-the-art marine showroom in Pier 25, supported by their fleet mobile service teams, equipped with the latest gear.

As members of the BIA and Superyacht Australia, MSA attends international boat shows, furthering reinforcing its branding and services, plus a compelling social media presence that drives business.
“Our motivation is to set the standard in the industry with top of the range products and impeccable service,” said Stewart. “We are a networking company that gets the job done.”
Marine businesses are still able to secure space within the Pier 25 development. The new premises are tailored to brands, brokers, service providers seeking visibility and connectivity within The Boat Works’ thriving ecosystem.
The award-winning facility has built its reputation on offering an integrated, full-service environment where vessels, Boat owners, Captains and crew and all marine trades converge. Pier 25 extends this model into a new era, creating a highly visible, commercially focused frontage that places tenants at the forefront.

Prospective tenants will benefit from:
- Premium exposure at the main entry to the precinct
- Purpose-designed marine showroom and elevated office spaces suited to marine businesses
- Immediate access to a growing customer base of vessel owners, captains and industry professionals
- Seamless integration into a world-class refit, maintenance and marina facility
- A collaborative commercial environment that fosters partnerships and growth.
“This is a rare opportunity to secure a presence within an established, high-performing marine ecosystem,” said The Boat Works’ owner, Tony Longhurst.
“Pier 25 represents our commitment to growth and innovation, creating premium spaces for marine businesses to grow and prosper, while enhancing the experience for boat owners and visitors.”
Construction is now live and is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
