The Boating Industry Association of Victoria Board has re-elected Scott O’Hare as President, with Daved Lambert also re-elected as Vice-President and Neil James continuing as Company Secretary.

Scott O’Hare – President Boating Industry Association of Victoria
The appointments were confirmed at a BIAV Board meeting last week and continue a period of strong and stable governance for the association. The executive team will work alongside Board members Sue Bowes, Josie Eastman, Alistair Murray and Anthony Cooke, together with BIAV CEO Steve Walker.
For Scott O’Hare, the appointment marks his fourth and final year as President.
“Thanks to my fellow Board members for this vote of confidence,” Scott said. “It is a great honour to continue in this role within our great industry. I am hoping to have a strong final year and to see positive outcomes through the November state election, further progress in member engagement, and continued focus on several key projects.”
Scott also acknowledged the contribution of Daved Lambert and Neil James, thanking them for continuing in their respective roles and recognising the value they have brought, and will continue to bring, to the Victorian boating industry.
The re-election of the executive team provides continuity for BIAV as it continues to advocate for members, support industry development and progress key priorities across the Victorian boating sector.
