At the Monaco show, BoeroCoat UHB makes its debut, a solution developed to make the coating cycle more efficient and sustainable. The presence in Monaco will also be an opportunity to highlight the collaboration with Ferrari Hypersail, a testament to Boero Yacht Coatings’ technical know-how.
Boero Yacht Coatings will take part in the Monaco Yacht Show, scheduled from 23 to 26 September 2026, with a focus on product innovation and the development of solutions designed to improve the efficiency of coating processes.
The new product presented in Monaco is BoeroCoat UHB – Ultra High Build & Undercoat, a new solution developed to optimise the painting system by offering a reduction of coats applied in the construction and refit of a yacht.
BoeroCoat UHB makes it possible to replace several layers normally required in a traditional cycle, combining high filling capacity with the characteristics of an undercoat. This reduces the number of coats and, consequently, working times, product consumption, accessory materials, and the emissions of volatile substances released into the environment (VOC) associated with the process (ca. 60% lower than a standard similar product).
The goal is to make the process more efficient while maintaining the quality standards required in the superyacht sector. Ease of application and long-lasting sandability, along with surface quality, help simplify the work of applicators and create optimal conditions for the subsequent finishing stages.
BoeroCoat UHB was entered as part of Blue Wake™ 2026 at the Monaco Yacht Show, the program dedicated to products and solutions developed with particular attention to reducing environmental impact in the yachting sector.
The story of innovation showcased in Monaco also includes the ChallengerPRO range of premium topcoats and finishes and the ongoing collaboration with Ferrari Hypersail, to which Boero Yacht Coatings contributes through its technical expertise and know-how in the coating process.
