Quality Marine Clothing partners with Seakeepers South Pacific as official uniform sponsor

The International SeaKeepers Society South Pacific has announced a new partnership with Quality Marine Clothing (QMC), who will serve as the official uniform sponsor for the South Pacific chapter. This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to excellence, professionalism, and sustainability within the marine industry. Known for supplying high-quality, functional apparel for yachting professionals and marine organisations across Australasia, QMC will provide custom-branded uniforms for SeaKeepers South Pacific team members, citizen scientists, and education program leaders.

“We’re honoured to have QMC onboard as our uniform sponsor,” said Melissa White, Director of SeaKeepers South Pacific. “Not only does their gear look great, but it also brings our team together. Wearing the same uniform helps us feel connected and easily recognized when we’re out doing outreach, research, and conservation work across the region.”

As SeaKeepers South Pacific continues to grow its network of DISCOVERY Yachts, science partnerships, and education initiatives throughout New Zealand, Australia, and the broader Pacific, the support from QMC enhances both functionality and presentation in the field.

“We’ve admired the work SeaKeepers does to bridge science and the yachting community,” said Duncan Curnow of Quality Marine Clothing. “We’re proud to support their mission with uniforms that help their team look professional, stay comfortable, and represent their cause wherever the work takes them.”

This partnership reinforces the power of collaboration in protecting our oceans, bringing together passionate people, practical gear, and a shared vision for a healthier marine future.

About the International Seakeepers Society

The International SeaKeepers Society is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organisation that facilitates oceanographic research, conservation, and education through direct involvement with the yachting community. Providing educational resources and hands-on marine science experiences to students is the primary focus for ensuring the wellbeing of our planet. SeaKeepers enables the yachting community to take full advantage of their unique potential to advance marine sciences and raise awareness about global ocean issues.

Founded in Monaco in 1998, The International SeaKeepers Society has been supporting ocean conservation through direct involvement with the yachting community for more than twenty-seven years. What started as a data collection program aboard select luxury yachts, has evolved to engage thousands of participants annually with at-sea and coastal programming. Today SeaKeepers’ mission is focused on the DISCOVERY Program which is comprised of Scientist-Led Expeditions, Citizen Science, Educational Outreach, and Community Engagement.

As a catalyst working with governments, scientists, institutions, and other marine organisations to further its mission, SeaKeepers supports sensible, achievable marine protection and restoration. Activities take place globally through the efforts of headquarters based in the United States with offices located on the east and west coast, and international representation in Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the South Pacific.
