d’Albora Opens Leasing Opportunities for New Pacific Point Marina & Boatyard Development

Australia’s largest marina network, d’Albora, is preparing for the next stage of its long-established expansion strategy with the launch of Pacific Point Marina & Boatyard, a new commercial marine precinct to be built at Steiglitz in Queensland. The company has now begun inviting expressions of interest from industry operators seeking to secure space ahead of construction.

The new facility is planned for 80 Cabbage Tree Point Road, positioned approximately 50 kilometres south of Brisbane and 35 kilometres north of the Gold Coast. The location sits within an active boating region and is already home to significant marine traffic, making it a strategic site for businesses servicing both recreational and commercial vessels.

Pacific Point Marina & Boatyard’s new commercial precinct will span 14,000 square metres and is designed to accommodate a broad range of marine trades, boat builders, dealers, chandlery and showroom operators, and associated service providers. According to d’Albora, the project aims to strengthen the precinct’s capacity and capability by complementing existing operations with additional commercial buildings, expanded hardstand, and increased boatyard resources.

The broader marina is earmarked for substantial growth, with plans to increase capacity to 880 wet berths and 600 dry storage positions. A second dry-stack facility is included in the development outline, along with upgraded vessel-handling equipment such as a 70-tonne Travelift and a 60-tonne Roodberg transport trailer. The site will also continue to offer food and beverage services to support the constant flow of customers and marine professionals who frequent the precinct year-round.

d’Albora describes the project as a rare chance for the marine sector to secure a foothold within one of Queensland’s busiest waterways before the new infrastructure comes online. Leasing opportunities are now open, with the development subject to final DA approval. Companies interested in learning more or reserving a position are encouraged to contact the d’Albora commercial leasing team.
